Seventeen editions on Audible UK, and the shortest is 43 minutes against a longest of 11 hours 43. Everything this site exists to warn about is on one search page here: an abridgement fronted by a famous name, a 43-minute cut sold as the book, two full-cast dramatisations, and an AI-narrated edition.
Short answer
Any of the unabridged readings clustered around 8 hours 30 is the actual novel; Dan Stevens is the one Audible UK lists first and it is complete and read by one person, which makes it the safe default. What matters far more than which you pick is which you avoid. Kenneth Branagh at 3 hours 1 minute is abridged, and it is the listing most likely to be bought by mistake because the name carries authority. The 43-minute edition is abridged to roughly a twelfth of the book. Neither is a bad recording; neither is Frankenstein.
