Short answer

Andrew Cullum: complete and solo, and the same reader as the rest of the Starbuck Chronicles on Audible UK. David Rintoul's recording is an abridgement, at 3 hrs 8 mins against 16 hrs 52 mins for the complete reading in the table, and only Audible's abridged label says so: it has the same title and publisher as Cullum's, and its description, which opens much as his does, never mentions a cut.
