The two novels first. The Slow Regard of Silent Things and The Narrow Road Between Desires are companion novellas about two secondary characters, Auri and Bast, and Audible numbers them after The Wise Man's Fear, which is where to hear them. The Slow Regard of Silent Things is sold in two recordings, Patrick Rothfuss's own and Rupert Degas's, so check the narrator. The third novel has been awaited since 2011. Start only if you are at peace with that.
