Short answer
David Suchet. It is the only complete recording of the novel on the UK store. The Fiona Fullerton and Iain Glen version is a far shorter BBC radio play, and the Roger May listing is a Collins learner's reader rather than Christie's text.
The recordings, compared
| Narrator | Length | Type | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| David Suchet Our pick | 6 hrs 26 mins | Complete novel | Released 2007. The only full reading of this one on Audible UK. |
| Fiona Fullerton, Iain Glen and John Moffatt | 2 hrs 16 mins | BBC full-cast dramatisation | A radio play. The cast list makes it look like a premium edition; it is an adaptation. |
| Roger May | 3 hrs 58 mins | Collins graded reader (Level 4, B2) | NOT the novel. Audible's product slug says "Level-4-upper-intermediate-B2-Collins". |
The recording we recommend is also on Audiobooks.com — the same David Suchet reading, listed at 6 hrs 26 mins when we checked on 11 September 2026. Their one-credit plan is listed at £7.99 a month before applicable taxes, and its credits expire after three months — the two models compared. We earn a commission on that link.
