Terry Pratchett · 2 Audible UK recordings compared
Short answer
Mathew Baynton for the complete book. The Truth stands largely on its own, so there is no series voice to match. The Tony Robinson listing is abridged.
The recordings, compared
| Narrator | Length | Type | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mathew Baynton, with Bill Nighy and Peter Serafinowicz Our pick | 12 hrs 16 mins | Unabridged | The current recording, complete: Audible's listing data marks it unabridged. |
| Tony Robinson | 3 hrs 43 mins | Abridged | Marked abridged in Audible's listing data; the description does not say so either way. |
The recording we recommend is also on Audiobooks.com — the same Mathew Baynton reading, listed at 12 hrs 16 mins when we checked on 21 October 2026. Their one-credit plan is listed at £7.99 a month before applicable taxes, and its credits expire after three months — the two models compared. We earn a commission on that link.
